Engineered to Keep Your Team on Flight Path
How HuddlePace keeps meetings crisp without adding operational friction.
Modular Timeboxing
Launch instant sessions with /pace 15m, or schedule a full agenda from App Home or /pace and structure percentage-based topics. Visual progress updates automatically inside the Huddle chat without spamming the main channel.
Zero Audio Retention
HuddlePace has no audio permissions and stores zero transcripts. The app only tracks the session clock, module percentages, and Slack timestamps.
1-Click Distribution
Native OAuth v2 ("Add to Slack") multi-tenant setup. External teams install in one click with HMAC-SHA256 request verification across every event.
Frequently asked questions
What is HuddlePace?
HuddlePace is a Slack app that keeps Slack Huddles inside their agreed time. It posts a live progress bar in the Huddle thread, splits the session into agenda modules and nudges speakers privately.
Does HuddlePace record audio?
No. HuddlePace records 0% audio and stores no transcripts. It keeps only the timestamps and agenda modules it needs to run the timer.
How do I start a timed Huddle?
Open the scheduler from the Schedule Meetup button in App Home, the Schedule Meetup shortcut, or by typing /pace in any channel. Set the exact date and time, choose a duration and split it into modules by percentage. HuddlePace starts the session when a Huddle begins within 20 minutes of that time, and the progress bar appears in the Huddle thread. You can also start it yourself from App Home or with /pace start.
Can I use it for a daily standup?
Yes. A 15-minute standup can be split into context, updates and blockers, with a private alert to each speaker when their module starts and with one minute left.
Can I save an agenda and reuse it?
Yes. Tick Save as template in the schedule modal to keep the channel, speakers, duration and modules, then start the next session from that template in one click.
How much does HuddlePace cost?
HuddlePace is in early access and free today. Pricing will be per workspace, never per user, and the features available today stay free.
